Despegar Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para desarrollarse como Loyalty Manager para nuestra dirección de Commercial. Responsabilidades Liderar el equipo de Loyalty y ser responsable de la definición del P&L del área, incluyendo gestión de costos y presupuestos específicos. Desarrollar estrategias comerciales regionales con enfoque data‑driven para todas las unidades de negocio (Pasaporte, Club Despegar, entre otros). Gestionar partnerships estratégicos: mantener, expandir y desarrollar nuevos acuerdos regionales y locales con bancos, plataformas digitales y partners clave. Definir estrategias de marketing y campañas estableciendo niveles de inversión y métricas de performance, trabajando en conjunto con equipos de ejecución. Detectar oportunidades de mejora y proponer alternativas de acción para conseguir los objetivos planteados para el área. Lo que valoramos Profesionales graduados de Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Económicas o afines con sólida formación analítica. Experiencia en roles comerciales o de gestión de stakeholders internos y externos. Experiencia en explotación de datos, generación de reportes e insights a través de SQL. Conocimientos de Python, R, Power BI (deseable). Experiencia previa liderando equipos de trabajo (deseable). Profesionales proactivos que se comprometan con los resultados, con gran capacidad de análisis, que comprendan la dinámica de empresas con foco en la tecnología, orientados al cliente y con gran capacidad de adaptación a entornos dinámicos y desafiantes.
