This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in defining the visual identity and enhancing the digital footprint of a startup. You will not only design brand assets but also create user experiences that drive engagement. Your work will involve developing a responsive website that resonates with the audience and meets business objectives, drawing inspiration from leading platforms. The ideal candidate should be adept with design tools and have a flair for creativity in a vibrant startup landscape. Accountabilities Shape Brand Identity: Design a cohesive visual identity (logo, typography, color palette, brand book) that captures the startup’s vision. Craft Intuitive Digital Experiences: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to deliver user-focused product flows. Build a Standout Website: Design and develop a responsive, user‑centric website from concept to launch, aligned with business goals. Collaborate & Iterate: Partner with the founder to refine designs, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs. Requirements 5+ years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in startup environments. Background delivering web‑based SaaS projects (preferably related to media). Strong proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, and AI‑based design solutions like framer.com. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding (logos, brand systems) and UI/UX design for web applications. Ability to create or maintain a comprehensive brand guide. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or A/B testing to inform design decisions. Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and modern UX/UI best practices. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work full‑time EST.
