Job Overview As an Account Director, you will work with clients in the fashion space to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will guide and counsel clients, lead teams of marketers, and provide strategic insight to build trust and achieve client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within your department. Establish strong relationships with client key decision makers by hosting monthly check‑ins. Guide the account team with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. Leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities and translate learnings into actionable reporting. Use overlapping datasets to validate decisions and prioritize business metrics. Lead the contract renewal strategy, presentation, and proposal development to extend client partnerships. Collaborate with the Account Manager to identify strategies for service expansions. Manage a diverse set of clients totaling a minimum of $175K in monthly recurring revenue. Lead by example and practice servant leadership, delivering timely, specific feedback to account team members. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services department leadership. Role Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline. 8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency. Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores. Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot). Experience speaking to business‑level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER. Campaign leadership skills for end‑to‑end development, including strategy, segmentation, targeting, and multichannel execution. Ability to build rapport quickly and develop relationships with executive‑level contacts. Desire to act as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients. Highly dependable, self‑starter, high energy, positive attitude with strong organization and time‑management skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem‑solving, continuous learning, and personal development. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ETCR or Expansion to Churn Ratio (quarterly). MRR Closed Service Expansion Retainer per Month (quarterly). Average Client NPS of 8.8. Most Important Things (MITs) Team Coaching and Development. Marketing Strategy, Development and Execution.
