RYZ is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our brand’s presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will lead the creation, planning, and execution of social media strategies that increase engagement, strengthen community loyalty, and elevate our online identity. You will craft compelling content tailored to each platform, manage day‑to‑day publishing, and analyze performance to continuously optimize results. Working across internal teams, you’ll transform ideas and insights into visually engaging posts, campaigns, and storytelling moments that resonate with our audience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the social voice of a rapidly growing business and play a key role in how our brand shows up online. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy across all major platforms. Plan, create, schedule, and publish social content, ensuring consistency with brand identity and campaign goals. Manage daily community interactions: respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and monitor conversations to identify opportunities. Track social media trends, industry conversations, and emerging formats to proactively recommend new content ideas. Create engaging written and visual content—including captions, short‑form videos, graphics, and stories—using design and editing tools. Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and integrated marketing initiatives through social‑first content. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports that highlight insights, learnings, and recommendations for optimization. Assist in managing budgets related to social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. Deep understanding of major social platforms, new features, and the latest content formats. Experience in community management and familiarity with social media management tools. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey a consistent, creative, and on‑brand voice. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva. Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience working with analytics tools to extract insights and guide decision‑making.
