Business Operations Lead IQVIA "The Business Operations Lead is a supporting role within Business Operations. This role will support a variety of tasks that fall within Business Operations remit. They are responsible for collaborating with the clinical trials payments organization to identify, recommend, and deliver resolutions to process and performance changes within the organization. The Business Operations Lead will work with Business Operations Management to ensure solutions are LEAN, within controls, and help add value to the CTP organization." Responsibilities Review clinical trial payments policies and processes. Recommend enhancements to policies based on collaboration within the organization. Analyze data and information to identify clinical trial payments business opportunities. Review and recommend cross‑department engagement within the IQVIA organization. Identify and create reporting to facilitate transparency within the clinical trial payments team. Initiate and lead projects as identified by Business Operations Leadership or through your own recommendations. Complete most day‑to‑day tasks with some support from Business Operations Leadership. Deliver timely and well‑developed material to support Business Operations initiatives. Work closely with internal cross‑functional teams. Qualifications 1‑3 years of prior relevant experience. Intermediate level knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience. Prior work in business, finance, or data analysis. Skills & Abilities High energy, self‑starter with the ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently. Ability to think independently and to analyze and solve problems creatively. Strong time management and planning skills. Knowledge of Clinical Trial Industry. Detail oriented, analytical, and able to meet competing aggressive deadlines.
