PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Global Finance Success (GFS) team is one of the main pillars of the Global Finance & Administration board area of SAP. The GFS environment maximizes efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of finance processes while delivering global end‑to‑end process standards. Within GFS, the Global Digital Order‑to‑Cash Team supports the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License and Support contracts and invoices, starting with the receipt of signed contracts. The O2C Concur Department in Buenos Aires supports billing of the Concur Line of Business at a global level for the entire American region. What You’ll Do Check incoming orders (contractual documents, correspondence, approvals) and process the order in the SAP system according to SOX and internal controls. Execute operational and transactional tasks independently, handling customers’ queries and building good relationships with external and internal customers. Prepare period close, ensuring accuracy in the financial records through proper execution of operational tasks, monitoring, and reporting. Provide ticketing support and collaborate with internal customers. Prepare process documentation / working instructions. Support other team members as backup. Participate in projects and improvement activities. Participate in the monthly close process, including posting journal entries and inter‑company transactions while ensuring compliance with the SAP Accounting Guidelines. Administer customer contracts, including creation of customer master data, installations, contact information, booking, invoicing, software delivery, and revenue recognition. Ensure timely and accurate customer billing and analyze pending billing to identify potential quality issues. What You Bring Experience working in a finance‑related field is an advantage. Intermediate‑advanced MS Excel knowledge and proficiency with the MS Office suite. Successfully completed secondary education. Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus. Educational background in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related finance & administration discipline is a plus. Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive with the ability to use initiative. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the capacity to multi‑task. Team player with a proactive and responsible customer‑support approach. Quality‑driven with excellent attention to detail. Experience with SAP systems is preferable but not essential.
