Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site Associate role located in Buenos Aires. The Associate will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, supporting strategic planning processes, facilitating communication with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports and presentations related to risk retention and reinsurance solutions, and assisting in the design and customization of innovative client solutions. Collaborative problem‑solving and active participation in project‑based work are also integral to this position. Responsibilities Research and analyze market trends and data. Assist in design and customization of innovative client solutions. Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate market trends and data. Team collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients. Ability to think critically and contribute to designing innovative risk solutions. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is highly desired. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
