RN Project Manager

Overview RN Project Manager at Illingworth Research Group (part of Syneos Health). Illingworth provides patient-focused clinical services to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology and medical device industries, including mobile research nursing, patient concierge, medical photography and clinical research services. Illingworth operates in over 45 countries, bringing clinical research into the home of the patient to improve the experience and quality of life of patients involved in clinical trials. Responsibilities Project Leadership and Delivery: Manages projects as RNPM, leading the project team in the day-to-day delivery of Illingworth services, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements, and inspection readiness. Acts as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to the Customer’s and the Company’s contractual agreement. Leads the project team to ensure quality, timeline, and budget management. Accountable for the financial performance of assigned projects. Leads on document creation, updates, reviews, and finalisation, and acts as an Illingworth signatory for start-up and delivery developed documents, throughout the duration of the project based on protocol amendments or scope changes. Coordinates activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners (internal and external) and proactively identifies and manages issues. Liaises with global internal stakeholders and creates vendor partnerships based on project needs, including couriers, translation, travel, and third-party nursing services. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and project leadership to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and provides project-specific training where required. Anticipates, identifies, and documents potential risks on a project level, developing contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Monitors, documents, and mitigates issues and risks throughout the life cycle, and leads investigations, reporting and follow-up corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. Assists Illingworth project leadership and Customers to ensure alignment across projects/programs involving multiple Illingworth teams or service-lines. Reporting and Communication: Maintains and evaluates study information and project progress via tracking/analysis tools, databases, and systems to ensure timelines and goals are met. Leads effective internal/external communications between Illingworth service-lines, Customers, sites, and vendors to ensure uptake of services and help generate new or add-on business. Supports team building and effective communication within Illingworth. Leads in gathering feedback and lessons learned to build and share a knowledge base that informs process improvement. Independently prepares, coordinates, and presents project material, reports, and metrics at internal and external meetings. Business Development: Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future. Management: Assists in the delivery of ad hoc training, peer mentorship, and providing day-to-day project management guidance. Process Improvement: Assists in identifying and implementing organizational and process improvements to drive performance and efficiencies.
