We are currently utilizingDynamics NAV 2018 with a planned migrationtoBusiness Central . We are looking for a candidate who is not only strong in day-to-day accounting but is excited to play a key role in upgrading our financial systems. You will report directly to the Controller and work closely with the President. Job Responsibilities: Execute the month end close process within a 7 day dead line. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules for the Controller’s review. Prepareand post asset, liability, and capital account entries. Handle high-volume inventory accounting, specifically the allocation oflandedcosts for international shipments. Reconcilee-commerce settlements (Amazon, eBay) against bank deposits. Enterstransactions for vendors (Accounts Payable), customers (Accounts Receivable), banking and inbound shipments. Oversee the AP inbox; ensure 3-way matching and accurate GL coding in NAV 2018. Interacts with vendors (domestic and international) and customers on questions. Prepare weekly payment batches and wire transfer setups in the banking portal (final approval/release will be done by US management). Submission of weekly bank funding requests and monthly reporting under ABL. Provides financial information daily, weekly and monthly to management by researching and analyzing accounting data. Strictlyadhere to established internal control procedures for cash disbursements and inventory management. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements. Qualifications / Skills: Accounting Reporting Skills Attention to Detail Deadline-Oriented GAAP Rules Confidentiality Time Management Data Entry Management General Math Skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance required Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2018) or Business Central preferred Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, managing large datasets) Experience with financial reporting requirements Experience in working with multiple legal entities and different currencies Experience with inventory, landed costs, ande-commerce platforms (Amazon/eBay) is highly preferred Allocation of landed costs experience is a plus Must be available to work Monday - Friday (during US Pacific time) #J-18808-Ljbffr
