3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants About The Role As a Sales Agent, you will make an impact by driving outbound sales efforts and optimizing advertising campaigns for our clients. You will be a valued member of the Sales team and work collaboratively with our dynamic and inclusive environment at Cognizant. In This Role, You Will Conduct outbound calls to assigned clients (minimum 60 attempts per day). Reach a minimum of 12 to 15 clients per week. Understand each advertiser's objectives to plan, create, and/or optimize Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video), and optimize their daily budgets and existing marketing plans. Propose upselling opportunities and ensure sustainability. Implement strategies to maintain the sustainability and effectiveness of the optimizations made to client campaigns. Work Model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in the office at Tucumán 3720, Buenos Aires, CABA, and 2 days from home (modifiable to more days in the office if necessary). What You Need To Have To Be Considered Excellent customer experience. Experience in high-volume outbound sales projects/teams. Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Knowledge and interest in digital marketing. Positive and competitive attitude. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Developed skills in handling objections. Attention to detail and process follow-up. Willingness and proactivity to make outbound calls. Intermediate B2 or higher level of English. These Will Help You Stand Out Knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video). Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
