Overview Partnership Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across the company’s customer base by focusing on selling, upselling, and optimizing the performance of both existing and newly launched products. The position requires a strong understanding of the igaming industry, key markets, competitors, and player behaviour. The role also includes: Developing and refining business development strategies Ensuring effective customer management Aligning customer and company objectives to maximise commercial outcomes Responsibilities Build and execute long‑term strategic account plans that align Games Global’s objectives with each customer’s goals. Create, organise, and present promotional opportunities to ensure Games Global remains the provider of choice. Work closely with the Games Team to ensure new content is promoted in a timely, structured manner that supports both revenue growth and customer launch strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned operators, fostering strong, long‑term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Manage and prioritise both prospects and existing customers, leading commercial negotiations and delivering results aligned with Games Global’s strategic vision. Partner with the Product Team by capturing customer feedback and contributing insights to shape the future product roadmap. Analyse market intelligence, KPIs, and trends to identify new opportunities and provide regular reports to both customers and internal stakeholders. Forecast, track, and manage key account metrics. Balance internal resources with commercial potential to ensure efficient account management. Ensure exceptional service delivery across the entire customer lifecycle with Games Global. Represent Games Global at industry events and during customer meetings as required. Qualifications Clear understanding of how to deliver commercial results in a complex, competitive environment. Proven experience in sales, account management, and revenue generation within the gaming industry. Interest in developing leadership and team‑management capabilities. Strong account‑management and customer‑relationship skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities. Commitment to a customer‑first mindset and collaborative teamwork. Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the igaming industry.
