Human by nature. Environment, Health, and Safety Specialist, your future role? Your main responsibilities will be: You will coordinate all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) functions for our Fragrance & Beauty manufacturing facilities in Argentina, in compliance with Givaudan EHS guidelines applicable regulations. You will manage risk and lead cultural change to reduce the probability of EHS incidents. You will report to the Site Operations Director. You will work on-site in our Fragrance & Beauty industrial facility located in Malvinas Argentinas, North Greater Buenos Aires. Ensure the site complies with all technical and legal aspects related to EHS. Ensure that corporate guidelines are implemented in the site and aligned with local legislation. Provide support to all departments and the external clients in EHS matters to foster a safe work environment. Foster operational excellence, minimizing the risks inherent to the operations of the site. Ensure completion of pre‑established training programs of all of our collaborators and follow up. Perform administrative tasks of the EHS area, including loading of orders, supplier tracking, data registration and documentations, registration of Personal Protection Elements, corporate reports. Help organize the waste area, in such a way as to maintain order and traceability regarding the outflow of materials and their disposal. Work with all Latam Flavors and Fragrances sites. Provide support and monitoring of all activities linked to the local Municipality such as authorizations, permits, certificates. You? Your professional profile includes: University degree in EHS, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Master's Degree in EHS. At least 5 years of experience as an EHS specialist in large companies with production sites in Argentina. Appropriate country EHS qualification/certifications. Experience in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control, Root Cause Analysis, Process Safety Management, Emergency Management, Health & Safety Management, Audits.
