What You'll Deliver Campaigns that convert across paid, owned, and earned channels—email, social, content, search, and beyond Rapid go‑to‑market cycles with lean briefs, fast feedback loops, and measurable outcomes Channel insights and experimentation to open up new growth opportunities Smart, well‑written messaging that connects—either by your hand or via assistance from tools like ChatGPT Cross‑functional coordination across product marketing, design, sales, and dev advocacy How We'll Measure Success Quantitative: Campaign pipeline influence (trials, MQLs, opps, revenue) Channel‑specific performance (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPL) Velocity to launch (brief → execution time) Content performance (downloads, engagement, sharing) Qualitative: Speed and agility of campaign planning Creativity and innovation in channel/messaging strategy Effective collaboration and cross‑team orchestration Strategic impact on Zyte's growth and category leadership Who You Are A strategic doer: you can zoom out to see the full funnel, and zoom in to write a subject line A modern marketer: fluent in legacy and emerging channels An AI‑native: you're comfortable using AI tools for copy, content, productivity, and ideation A conversion‑obsessed storyteller: you know how to align message with moment and move people to action A team player who thrives in a high‑context, low‑ego environment Requirements 5+ years of B2B SaaS campaign management Strong copywriting and/or AI‑assisted writing chops Mastery of campaign tools (HubSpot, Notion, GA4, Salesforce, CRO tools, etc.) Proven ability to launch full‑funnel campaigns without drowning in red tape (BONUS) Familiarity with web scraping, dev and DevOps tools, or technical audiences is a major plus Tech You'll Touch HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Segment LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube Figma, Notion, Google Workspace ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs for message generation and ideation How We Work We move fast, learn loud, and optimize often.
