Responsible for supporting marketing analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights with a focus on North America Marketing and Global Accenture Alumni. This includes design, development, and management of reporting dashboards as well as working cross-functionally to educate teams on measurement strategy and reporting tools. Perform UAT on analytics initiatives Design, develop and manage reporting and visualization dashboards Help translate business requirements related to integration of marketing/analytics platforms into technical requirements Inform and educate teams on the global Marketing + Communications measurement strategy, KPIs and reporting tools. Identify ways to enhance reporting and insights tools to meet their needs Leverage audience segmentation, quantitative analysis, and data mining to understand Alumni/Client audiences Partner closely with relevant Alumni/HR, Chief Information Office and other teams as part of a collaborative measurement process to understand data collection points and usage across different systems leveraged by these groups Experience & Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus. Work Experience : 3-5 years analytics experience; focus on marketing a plus. Qualifications : Solid understanding of corporate marketing measurement strategies and key performance indicators. Strong analytical mindset and technical skills, including the ability to break down complex data scenarios into easily digestible reporting dashboards. Fluency in Adobe Analytics is preferred. Experience with marketing analytics including web, CRM, and social media and quantitative analysis leveraging Excel, data visualization or other tools. Specific experience with any of the following platforms is a plus: Salesforce, Sprinklr, Eloqua and PowerBI. Experience in collaborating with BI and Data Management teams on processes and architectures that support analytics needs is a plus. Other Requirements : Proven ability to collaborate within and across a variety of teams and functions. Ability to prioritize projects with a focus on impact. Rigorously detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and track record of project management success. Ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a complex, challenging role in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
