We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. Key Responsabilities Design and develop Salesforce solutions leveraging native CRM capabilities Lead migration efforts to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Develop Visualforce pages and components as needed Build, maintain, and optimize integrations and APIs with external systems Optimize, document, and improve end‑to‑end business processes Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (required) Master’s degree (preferred, not required) Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS) Solid understanding of OOAD, database design, and SDLC Proficiency in SQL and SOQL Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations Experience with data migration and Salesforce Data Loader Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git‑based workflows) Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) preferred Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Get notified about new Salesforce Developer jobs in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina . #J-18808-Ljbffr
