Aquiva Labs is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work remotely and be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will collaborate with our clients and business analysts to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet clients' specific needs.
- Build integrations with other client’ systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise on Salesforce technologies and new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Communicate effectively with business users alone.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong technical ability and understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Ability to design and implement custom solutions within Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework.
- Understanding of Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with Version Control Systems.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Metadata.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Developer I and II certifications strongly preferred.
