Overview La posición tiene como misión abrir mercado, generar oportunidades, presentar de manera consultiva los servicios UGC y cerrar ventas en segmentos de alto volumen. Se trabaja directamente con directores y gerencias de Marketing de empresas líderes en LATAM, especialmente México.

Responsabilidades

principales Prospectar y generar nuevos leads en LATAM. Presentar servicios de manera consultiva y gestionar el proceso comercial completo hasta el cierre. Mantener y actualizar el pipeline en CRM (HubSpot). Acompañar la etapa inicial de onboarding del cliente.

Analizar tendencias, monitorear competidores y reportar KPIs comerciales.

Requisitos

excluyentes +4 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, ideal en servicios o tecnología. Experiencia en prospección, presentación consultiva y cierre de ventas. Excelente presencia y manejo relacional con niveles directivos. Español nativo.

Inglés: nivel de comprensión. Manejo de CRM (ideal HubSpot). Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles (clientes México / LATAM).

Requisitos

deseables Conocimientos de marketing y mercado LATAM. Experiencia en empresas de contenido, beneficios, fintech, SaaS o agencias.
