This role supports the Global Mobility Manager and optimises program offerings, particularly for the BL Campus in Buenos Aires. Significant upskilling and growth opportunities are expected. What Will You Do ✏️ Immigration documentation support, including sourcing internal paperwork, liaising with candidates, vendor initiation and management, and document management for audit purposes. Pre‑onboarding meeting preparation and participation. Prepare status reports and participate in meetings. Manage the expat tracker. Initiate and track destination services. Initiate loan processes, provide documentation and tracking. Facilitate visa management. Source and book temporary housing; provide assistance. Book flights. Provide healthcare and housing market orientations. Originate and facilitate banking. We’re Looking For Someone Who Excellent communicator in Spanish and English. Able to engage virtually with colleagues across different cultures and time zones. Experienced with some facet of talent mobility management (immigration, tax, candidate assessment, intercultural training, relocation management, etc.). Attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Comfortable working on Excel or Google Sheets. An outside‑the‑box thinker. And this is what success looks like in the role Live the Culture Code every day. Rapidly establish strong relationships with new hires, mobility stakeholders across the organisation, and BA/Argentina‑based leadership.
