Visit us at UST.com We're looking for a SAP Junior, targeted at junior professionals who already hold a certification in at least one SAP module —specifically ABAP, Sales and Distribution (SD), or Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) —and are eager to continue building their careers in the SAP ecosystem. This program offers continued learning, hands-on experience, and career development opportunities in the SAP environment. What You Will Learn: As part of the SAP Junior Talent Program, you will deepen your understanding of core SAP tools and concepts. The program includes practical training in SAP S/4HANA , with a strong focus on ABAP development and functional modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) . You’ll also gain hands-on experience with advanced functionalities like Data Migration, System Integration, and Customization . Working on real-world projects, you will enhance your ability to configure systems, support implementations, and address technical and functional challenges. Exposure to global teams and clients will help you develop the soft skills needed for a successful career in SAP consulting. Key Responsibilities: Ongoing Learning: Continue your SAP education through a structured program focused on real-world application of MM, SD, and FICO modules. Project Support: Collaborate on implementation and optimization projects, putting your certification into practice. Team Collaboration: Work with experienced consultants and internal teams to understand business needs and deliver SAP-based solutions. Problem Solving: Assist with troubleshooting, system configuration, and functional analysis. Documentation: Contribute to documentation and reporting for internal and client use. Requirements: Early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in SAP or related roles. Strong interest in continuing development in SAP and enterprise technology. Good understanding of business processes and eagerness to grow your technical and consulting skills. Advanced English level (spoken and written).
