Descripción WTW busca un/una Business Developer que proporcione desarrollo y visibilidad técnica de la línea de Marine en Argentina, apoyando el logro de los objetivos y posicionamiento de nuestra compañía, brindando un asesoramiento adecuado a nuestros clientes en función de su experiencia en la colocación y administración de ramos técnicos. Ejecutará estratégicamente el plan comercial, lo que dará como resultado mejores servicios para nuestros clientes. El Rol Alineación con servicio al cliente y placement para la mejor estructura del seguro Construcción, monitoreo y administración constante del pipeline Seguimiento y control al Hit Ratio Implementación de la estrategia de crecimiento de la línea de Marine. Interrelación otras líneas de negocio y Líder del equipo actual de Marine. Acompañamiento técnico con los clientes Requisitos Licenciatura en Ciencias Económicas Administrativas, Comercio internacional o carreras afines. Experiencia en puestos técnicos de brokers de seguros y/o aseguradoras requerida (Gestión técnica, gestión de carteras, negociaciones y ventas, etc.) Experiencia comprobada trabajando como desarrollador/a de negocios o puesto similar.
