Description and Requirements Role Overview: As part of Motorola’s Global Product Compliance team, the Regulatory Compliance Engineer & Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring our innovative products meet regulatory and safety standards, enabling millions of customers across Latin America to enjoy cutting-edge technology. This position will lead the end-to-end homologation and certification process for product type approval in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, while supporting distributor submissions for Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete homologation and certification process for product approvals. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across multiple markets. Monitor regulatory changes and implement proactive measures. Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enable successful product launches. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and enhance compliance efficiency. Apply strong project management , organizational, and communication skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills . Advanced English (spoken and written) and Spanish. Strong sense of ownership and accountability . Continuous learner mindset. Technical knowledge of regulations (experience in the technology industry is a plus).
