We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing activities, managing internal and external communications, assisting with event planning, and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong interest in legal marketing and business development. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and strategic support to the CMO in daily operations. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns. Coordinate logistics for firm-sponsored events, webinars, and sponsorships. Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems. Draft, proofread, and format marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and newsletters. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and track industry trends. Support business development efforts including RFPs, pitch documents, and client presentations. Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to gather content and updates for marketing use. Liaise with external vendors, designers, and consultants as needed. Monitor the firm’s digital presence including website content and social media channels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a marketing, business development, or communications role. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., InterAction, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
