This role will focus on the administrative and communication side of our campaigns, keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring partners, creators, and internal teams are always in sync. What You’ll Do Assist with daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, tracking campaign timelines, and organizing creator documentation. Maintain and update influencer databases, tracking performance and content deliverables. Support communication between influencers and internal teams, including sending briefs, contracts, and content guidelines. Draft and format internal reports, presentations, and status updates for campaign performance. Monitor email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and support for the Influencer Marketing Manager. Help coordinate influencer gifting, sample distribution, and digital asset sharing. Assist in organizing team meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in a marketing support, coordinator, or assistant role—experience in influencer or social media marketing is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and project management tools like Trello or Notion. Highly organized with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first team.
