En iStorming Consultoría IT, estamos en la búsqueda de un Software Engineer NodeJs Ssr, para importante empresa del sector banca. Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un Desarrollador Backend Senior con fuerte expertise en Node.js y servicios de AWS, orientado a resultados y con capacidad para generar impacto desde el inicio. El foco principal estará en migrar integraciones existentes hacia servicios modernos utilizando AWS y microservicios. El proyecto se centra en migrar el Core de la empresa a la nube AWS, con el objetivo de modernizar la infraestructura tecnológica, mejorar la escalabilidad y optimizar los tiempos de respuesta de los servicios. El desarrollador desempeñará un papel fundamental en este proceso, aportando tanto en la arquitectura como en la implementación de servicios backend modernos. Valoramos perfiles que trabajen de forma colaborativa, sean proactivos, participativos, con un fuerte sentido de ownership y un buen nivel de comunicación. Además, se espera que puedan acompañar técnicamente a otros miembros del equipo, promoviendo buenas prácticas y aportando en la transferencia de conocimientos. Responsabilidades Desarrollar soluciones simples y efectivas, con foco en entregar valor de forma ágil y sostenible. Reemplazar integraciones legacy (OSB y COBOL) por servicios modernos en Node.js, utilizando herramientas y servicios de AWS. Contribuir activamente a la migración del Core a la nube AWS, asegurando una transición eficiente y bien documentada. Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo alineadas con los estándares del equipo. Colaborar activamente en el diseño e implementación de APIs y servicios distribuidos. Acompañar técnicamente a otros desarrolladores, fomentando el trabajo en equipo y la transferencia de conocimientos. Demostrar proactividad en la identificación de mejoras y oportunidades dentro de los proyectos. Participar en revisiones de código y promover prácticas de calidad y documentación. Comunicarse de manera clara y efectiva, facilitando el entendimiento de soluciones y propuestas dentro del equipo. Tecnologías Node.js con JavaScript y preferentemente TypeScript (5+ años). Experiencia sólida en diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de APIs REST y servicios distribuidos. Experiencia en AWS (mínimo 3 años), con conocimientos específicos en: Lambda S3 DynamoDB RDS API Gateway EKS con microservicios Herramientas como CloudFormation, SAM o Serverless Framework. Manejo de bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL (5+ años). Experiencia trabajando con SCRUM y/o KANBAN. Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, Postman, terminal. Habilidades Interpersonales Comunicación clara y efectiva, con capacidad para expresar ideas y coordinar soluciones en equipo. Proactividad en la identificación de problemas y la búsqueda de mejoras continuas. Participación activa en el equipo, promoviendo la colaboración y el aprendizaje mutuo. Ownership sobre las tareas y proyectos, garantizando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
