Our Sourcing & Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the Sourcing tenders, buying process and engage in commercial sourcing and globally category management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for the company. Partner with the best – ensure compliance to Sourcing & Procurement Process. Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery date, payment terms) to obtain better pricing and conditions. Manage supplier relationships. Elaborate proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field. Handle communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Work with Material & Planner leaders to develop supply strategies to improve our benefits. Work in a saving project to achieve the deflation target. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. 5 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement. Knowledge of compliance and ethics. Be a good communicator and be fluent in English. Negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently, within tight deadlines. Be able to handle a request end-to-end. Customer service orientation. Knowledge in SAP and ARIBA. Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel. Analytical skills: ability to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems.
