Social Media Executive. The RoleShape our social media presence from day one in a brand-new business stream, owning everything from content creation to community management. What you will be doing Plan, create, and schedule content across channels (Instagram, Snapchat, X, TikTok, Facebook) using social media management tools Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions while building and nurturing online communities Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, clicks) and deliver regular insights to optimize content strategy Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social activity with campaigns and brand priorities Stay ahead of platform trends and test new formats to keep our brand fresh and relevant Set up processes and playbooks for this new function as we scale What we are looking for Experience in social media or digital marketing, managing multiple channels and communities Strong hands‑on experience with social media management platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, etc.) Confident written communicator with clear, on‑brand tone and understanding of what works on each platform Comfortable with basic analytics and using data to refine content approaches Organized, self‑driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities independently Passion for staying current with social media trends and platform updates Why you will love it This is your chance to build something from scratch.
