Responsibilities Manage and deliver effective online presence for clients, ensuring digital solutions across projects are achieved efficiently and profitably. Develop social media strategies and analyze & optimize campaign performance to meet clients’ goals. Plan, set up, activate, optimize and report on all allocated projects, ensuring they are set up for success from the outset. Prepare social media proposals, strategies, timelines and budgets, seeking guidance from the Managing Director where required. Develop content strategies aligned with short‑term and long‑term client targets, suitably tailored for different platforms and audiences. Identify opportunities for clients to reactively and proactively contribute to and influence online discussions related to their focus areas. Monitor and analyze social media analytics to identify trends, report on performance and propose improvement solutions. Optimize content to ensure brand consistency, customer engagement and positive customer experiences. Grow projects beyond their initial scope, aligning with strategic direction set by the client and proactively making recommendations.
