Objetivo del Cargo (Acción, función y resultado) Brindar apoyo estratégico y administrativo en todas las áreas de Recursos Humanos para países de Cono sur.El objetivo es contribuir al desarrollo y gestión eficiente del talento humano, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y el bienestar de los empleados. Responsabilidades Gestión del Talento: Reclutamiento, selección, entrevistas, retención y formación continua. Relaciones Laborales: Asesoramiento, resolución de conflictos, cumplimiento de leyes laborales. Desempeño y Compensación: Evaluación de desempeño, beneficios, compensaciones y cumplimiento legal. Clima Organizacional y Cultura Corporativa: Bienestar, salud laboral, liderazgo y alineación con valores de la empresa. Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional: Programas de salud, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo. Comunicación Interna: Estrategias de comunicación, transparencia y colaboración. Funciones administrativas generales y cumplimiento normativo Legal: Llevar a cabo tareas administrativas y asegurar cumplimiento de normativas legales en RRHH. Mantenimiento de datos: Gestión de la plataforma HRIS (GPS) Perfil de Competencias Educación Profesional en psicología, administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o afines.
