Engineering Project Manager

Overview Our Engineering area is composed of many teams that specialize in different aspects of our platform and infrastructure, but work in constant collaboration. As Engineering Project Manager, you’ll keep a wide perspective on the entire area to continuously improve our practices and standards. Additionally, you will help coordinate the execution of complex multi‑team projects from planning to rollout, ensuring that our company meets its engineering goals. Responsibilities Maintain an over‑arching view of the interactions between multiple teams to guarantee fluent communication and collaboration. Optimize efficiency through the creation, tuning, and formalization of cross‑team processes. Ensure quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement across our Engineering area. Day‑to‑Day Activities Review the tasks engineering teams are in charge of to ensure they fulfill company standards. Set and reassess standards and policies. Design and automate processes for Engineering. Escalate issues and coordinate solutions. Receive and reroute queries from various teams. Qualifications Outstanding communication and organization skills. Excellent teamwork abilities. Ownership and autonomy. Crisis management. Fluent in English (oral and written). Experience in a software development environment is a plus. Understanding of project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
