Employment Type: Full-Time We’re a fast-growing, technology-driven real estate company, and we’re looking for a talented SDR to join our team in Argentina. This role combines outbound calling, lead qualification, listing coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This role is primarily centered on buyer communication and phone interactions, with an emphasis on proactively promoting available deals and identifying strategic buyers for our opportunities. In addition, the position includes secondary responsibilities such as daily coordination, administrative tasks, and occasional advertising and copy writing. What you'll be doing: Outbound cold and hot calls to potential buyers Create relationships with Buyers Schedule buyers for “Property showings” appointments Advertise, update, and manage property listings on relevant U.S. real estate platforms. Track and manage leads through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to appointment. Work closely with our Dispositions team and managers in Israel. Meet weekly and monthly performance targets. Support additional operational tasks as needed. What we're looking for: Experience in B2B in the US market phone-based experience – required . Fluent in English (spoken and written) – required . Availability to work on weekends – required . Sales experience – a strong advantage. Proactive mindset, flexible thinking, and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with KPIs and performance goals. Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRMs and digital tools. Someone driven, motivated, and eager to succeed. You bring energy, ownership, and initiative to your work. You build rapport easily and communicate with confidence. Familiarity with the U.S. market culture is a plus (not required).
