Senior Localization Project Manager - Life Sciences The Life Sciences Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure of client projects. The Project Manager works with the client to understand requirements and engages the global team in the fulfillment of these requirements. Responsibilities Design and monitor the entire project, from pre-production to client delivery, ensuring correct execution. Set the work guidelines for the entire project. Call and lead internal project launch meetings whenever necessary. Attend any client visits scheduled regarding the project. Attend the team’s daily production monitoring meetings. Take responsibility for the correct final delivery, both in terms of punctuality and compliance with the quality requirements set for the project. Close the project on the TMS and complete necessary data so that external vendor purchase orders can be sent. Lead the resolution of any quality issues identified by the client. Manage post‑production changes, keeping all customer‑specific information resources up to date with help from Quality Controllers. Control the project budget and improve the gross profit margin initially set. Decide on the production team based on the project’s characteristics and establish the flow of communication and negotiation with all participants. Send complaints to the vendor if there is a problem with the quality of the service. Requirements Fluent in English – good writing and speaking skills. Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience, or equivalent work experience. Proven track record of Project Management. Proven experience dealing with large clients. Active participation in new client sales cycles, including presentations, analysis, recommendations and relationship development. Experience managing financial budgets, budget reconciliation and budget reporting. Experience with Translation Management Systems. Benefits National public holidays. Vacations: 3 weeks per year.
