The team is responsible for managing the company privacy program within the global Ferring organization, including documenting and risk assessing potential AI solutions. As the Local Privacy Manager for Argentina, you will ensure the implementation of Ferring’s global privacy framework at our production site primarily as well as relevant sites in the region. This role will play a key part in strengthening consent management processes, ensuring secure handling of personal data, and embedding privacy controls into processes and IT systems.This role is based in Argentina and requires on-site presence at our production facility.**Your day at Ferring*** Maintain up‑to‑date documentation (e.g., RoPAs, DPIAs, SOPs) to ensure readiness for inspections at any time.* Partner with site leadership, HR, QA, Engineering, and IT to ensure privacy expectations are understood and operationally feasible.* Validate that local systems involving personal data meet Ferring’s privacy requirements.* Oversee vendor‑management processes, focusing on local suppliers and cross-border transfers.* Oversee and continuously improve the donor consent collection process, ensuring local legal compliance and consistent application of Ferring’s global standards.* Support business units with the review of privacy-related legal agreements such as data protection agreements, data transfer agreements, and standard contractual clauses.
