About The Role Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. We’re looking for a Finance Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases and look for the root cause of a problem. You'll design solutions by writing your own code to implement them. What You’ll Be Doing Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting Helping Product and Operations teams gain insights on customer behaviour Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying impeccable attention to detail Setting up local regulatory reporting processes What You’ll Need 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions Fluency in English and Spanish Solid SQL skills and an understanding of complex data systems Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipelines The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications efficiently Great collaboration skills to work with reporting managers and cross-functional teams To be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to deliver under tight timeframes Nice to Have An advanced degree in a core STEM subject Experience performing cohorts and regressions Proficiency in additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.) Olympiad-level awards in physics, maths, economics, or programming Important Notice for Candidates Job scams are on the rise.
