About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage and scale a new recruiting pod. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership client ownership and process improvement. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while helping shape how we do recruiting as a company. This is a hybrid role based in Palermo CABA .
We work onsite 4 days per week (4x1) .
About You
You are a senior recruiter who enjoys both execution and leadership. You are comfortable owning clients end-to-end mentoring other recruiters and working in fast-paced startup environments. Must-haves Advanced English skills (this is mandatory; candidates without this skill wont be considered ) 6 years of experience in Recruiting ideally in startups or high-growth environments At least 12 years of experience as a Lead Recruiter or in a people-management role Proven experience sourcing interviewing and placing candidates in the USD 80k200k annual salary range Experience managing coaching and guiding recruiting teams Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Apollo Ashby Gem or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
