The Role : Content Production Manager works closely with client’s Image Producer and agency Content Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within the client’s website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in Spanish. The role also supports the language creative team with "buckets of content" and versions of photography. Works closely with the client Image Producer and coordinates with Cross‑Functional teams, Creative Director & Business Affairs to choose content for new projects including apps, music, movies, TV shows and podcasts. Coordinates with agency Content Studio in Geo to execute required screen versions. Take direction from client Image Producer on localisation strategy for each project and liaise with client Functional Producers to align on deadlines. Work with client Image Producer and agency studio to plan resourcing and manage prioritisation. Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery to client brief. Gather screengrabs, assets and construct briefs to request asset creation from Geo Content Studio for new screens to be built. Develop deep proficiency in iOS & OS software and use client products. Request photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured. Route loose Cross‑Functional imagery for approval. Fulfil image requests from various functional teams. Communicate with Worldwide Image Producers for worldwide requests as required, provide project information and transfer assets. Work with Business Affairs to utilise 3rd‑party assets relevant to the region market. Work with WW Digital Asset Managers to transfer launch assets to long‑term Digital Asset system. Manage Geo asset database and maintain an archive of previous jobs. Manage and train additional new members of the CPM team. Learn and understand nuances of different languages and identify content requiring localisation, converting it to a brief for Content Studio and graphic production teams. Plan, manage and track localisation of assets throughout production process to ensure on‑time delivery. Manage staging and organisation of final assets on servers including clear handoff matrices for functional teams. QC final deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery. Collaborate with lead Image Producer to plan job distribution on a monthly and quarterly basis. Minimum 4 years experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or project management at design firm, ad agency or interactive shop. Flexible, creative, tech‑savvy, solution‑oriented with experience using Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop. Proficiency in iOS and OS software. Accuracy, excellent memory and eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding, creative, and production environment; flexible beyond 9:00‑18:00 and occasionally on weekends.
