About the Job Microsoft Software Sales Specialist at Awara IT will drive net new and recurring licensing sales, develop licensing solutions based on CSP and OV, and negotiate contracts to maximize value and satisfaction. Responsibilities Drive software sales by designing and offering Microsoft Volume Licensing solutions, including new sales, cross‑sell, and up‑sell opportunities such as M365, Copilot, Azure, and others. Attract new customers and work with the existing customer base. Maintain effective and long‑term relationships with customers. Conduct negotiations, deliver presentations, and prepare commercial offers. Collaborate with technology specialists to meet customer requirements. Develop financial analyses for customers, including TCO analysis and cost‑saving evaluations through acquiring and deploying Microsoft technologies. Support customers throughout the entire sales process, including executing and signing licensing contracts. Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute lead‑generation campaigns, track, and qualify new leads. Conduct data research. Achieve quarterly and fiscal year sales goals. Maintain and regularly update the customer database in CRM, and generate sales reports. Continuously improve knowledge of Microsoft’s products and services. Required / Minimum Qualifications 2+ years relevant Microsoft Licensing and sales experience. Knowledge of Microsoft software licensing programmes. Proficiency in English and Russian. Comfortable speaking at all organisational levels, from C‑level executives to procurement teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. Growth mindset with passion for learning. Experience with CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications MBA, Master’s degree in sales, finance, marketing, or technical field, or equivalent experience. MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certifications.
