Trade Lifecycle Associate – JPMorgan Chase Responsibilities Understanding structured products and related legal documentation requirements (e.g. long‑form confirmations, transaction supplements, master confirmation agreements). Working on high‑profile projects including automation of legal documentation and processes for the growing business platform. Creating partnerships with key senior stakeholders across the globe. Establishing working relationships with Legal, Technology, Sales, Trading and Support teams to drive projects and business results. Driving efficiency in the current process. Collaborating with key stakeholders, business partners and control partners to document product model & lifecycle activities up and down streams. Escalating issues/discrepancies that arise or repeat over time. Identifying and documenting best practices and procedures where missing, and educating relevant teams on the impact. Qualifications Graduate with 5+ years’ experience in legal documentation. Advanced English required. Equity derivatives product knowledge of structured & exotic derivatives along with strong financial proficiency on industry‑wide norms and structured product legal language (ISDA) desired. Technical proficiency in interpreting and demonstrating understanding of legal documentation. Excellent teamwork skills and personal motivation.
