You’ll focus on hands‑on implementation, system resiliency, and observability while collaborating across global time zones. This role offers direct influence on a cutting‑edge AI system and the chance to grow your impact in a highly technical, fast‑moving environment. What you will do Develop and enhance features for a scalable, microservices‑based AI platform; Focus on implementation and execution to meet strict delivery timelines; Improve system reliability, resiliency, and scalability; Work with observability tools to monitor and debug the distributed system; Collaborate closely with a team distributed across US and India time zones. MUST HAVES 6-8 years of professional software development; High proficiency in Golang ; Kubernetes : Strong, hands‑on experience with Kubernetes; Microservices : Proven experience building and maintaining microservices architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and resiliency; Observability: Good knowledge of enterprise observability frameworks, including Prometheus and Grafana ; Communication: Very strong English communication skills; Ramp‑up: Ability to learn and debug complex systems quickly; Upper‑intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES RAG: Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) models; Databases: Experience with document databases (e.g., MongoDB); VectorDBs: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus) is a significant plus; AI Systems: Demonstrable experience in building scalable AI inferencing systems.
