ABOUT THE ROLE AWorkday Finance Developerdesigns, builds, and maintains Workday solutions for financial processes, focusing onintegrations(EIB, Workday Studio, Web Services),custom reports(BIRT, Matrix), andconfigurations within Workday Financials modulessuch as Accounting, Procurement, and Projects. The role ensures data accuracy and efficient workflows by collaborating closely withFinance and IT teamsand staying current with Workday releases and enhancements. REQUIREMENTS Solid hands-on experience as aWorkday Developeror in a similar role Strong expertise inWorkday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), RaaS, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP) Good understanding ofWorkday data model, integration architecture, and security concepts Experience working withWorkday Financials modules(Accounting, Procurement, Projects, Banking, Customer/Supplier Accounts) Experience withcustom financial reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, andBIRT Ability to translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions with clear documentation Proven ability to ensuredata accuracy, integrity, and security Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Effective communication skills and ability to work withFinance, HR, and IT stakeholders Familiarity withchange management processesand technical documentation Upper-Intermediate English level or higher NICE TO HAVE Workday certifications (Workday Integration Certified, Workday Studio Certified) Experience withERP or enterprise financial systems Familiarity withcompliance and security modelsin enterprise environments Experience withPrism Analytics RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintainWorkday Finance solutionsaligned with business requirements Build and supportinbound and outbound integrationsusing Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, XML, XSLT, XPath, and complex calculated fields Design and maintaincustom financial reports and dashboards(Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) Configure and supportWorkday Financials modules, including Accounting, Procurement, Projects, and Banking Collaborate closely withFinance, HR, and IT teamsto ensure efficient financial workflows Leadintegration testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-production support Maintain detailedtechnical documentation, including designs, process flows, and test plans Stay current withWorkday releases, recommend enhancements, and support upgrade activities Ensure ongoingsystem stability, compliance, and data quality WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Close cooperation with a customer Challenging tasks Ability to influence project technologies Team of professionals Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy ELEKS is a custom software development company.
