Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Technical Support Engineer para brindar asistencia técnica orientada al cliente en soluciones de Business Intelligence y plataformas en la nube . Esquema híbrido: 3 días de home office y 2 días presenciales en oficinas ubicadas en Nuñez. Responsabilidades principales Resolver incidentes y consultas técnicas, garantizando un soporte de calidad. Colaborar con equipos internos y clientes para identificar mejoras y proponer soluciones efectivas. Documentar soluciones y contribuir a la base de conocimiento técnico. Participar en programas de capacitación y desarrollo profesional. Requisitos Estudios completos o en curso en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines. +2 años de experiencia en soporte técnico, IT o roles similares. Conocimientos en administración de sistemas Windows/Linux, SQL y virtualización. Inglés avanzado/profesional (oral y escrito), excluyente, para interactuar con clientes de EE. UU. Conocimiento de infraestructura en la nube. Residencia en GBA, esquema híbrido. Disponibilidad para guardias ocasionales. Deseable Conocimientos en Python, REST API, Java o XML/XSL. Experiencia con herramientas de Business Intelligence. Certificaciones básicas en AWS, Azure o Google Cloud. Beneficios Obra Social Osde 310 para el candidato/a y su grupo familiar primario.
