We are looking for a proactive and motivated Implementation Consultant to help our clients successfully adopt our platform and ensure seamless onboarding. If you have a background in IT, software implementation, or technical support, and are eager to help organizations unlock the power of automation in data reconciliation, we want you on our team What You’ll Do Implement Conciliac’s solution for clients, from installation to initial configuration. Provide first-level technical support and guidance to clients in using the platform. Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to installation, connectivity, and application usage. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive implementation experience. What We’re Looking For Basic knowledge of Windows and SQL Server. Educational background in IT, computer science, or related fields. Previous experience in software implementation or technical support is desirable. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with both clients and internal teams. English proficiency: desirable but not mandatory. Proactive, fast learner, and results-oriented. Junior to Semi Senior profile. Extra Points If You Have Hands-on experience supporting or implementing enterprise software solutions. Familiarity with reconciliation or data automation tools. Previous exposure to financial systems, ERP integrations, or data management platforms. Knowledge of scripting, queries, or basic troubleshooting beyond SQL Server. Why Join Us?
