Core Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. Utilize advanced Excel functions, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas, to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailor‑made Excel solutions that support business objectives. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Generate periodic and ad‑hoc reports to aid in strategic decision‑making and support financial planning. Conduct data validation and cleanup to ensure the integrity and reliability of business data. Provide training and support to team members in Excel best practices and advanced techniques. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in advanced functions, formulas, and data visualization tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high precision and attention to detail. Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or related field preferred. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Excel features and data analysis trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role requiring extensive use of Excel.
