Meta Ads Specialist (Remote – Part-Time) We are seeking a reliable, accountable, and performance‑oriented Meta Ads Specialist to support an international, mission‑driven organization focused on creating positive social impact through smart, ethical, and data‑driven marketing strategies. This role is fully focused on Meta/Facebook Ads and is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage campaigns with minimal oversight, and deliver clear, measurable results within a low weekly time commitment. Our Culture & Values Ownership and accountability — taking responsibility for performance and results Reliability and consistency — delivering on commitments, even with limited weekly hours Critical thinking and sound judgment — analyzing data, identifying issues, and proposing improvements Clear and professional communication in English — written and verbal Growth mindset — openness to feedback and continuous improvement Purpose‑driven work — using marketing to support meaningful social impact Key Responsibilities Set up, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook ad campaigns Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjust campaigns accordingly Ensure campaigns are aligned with messaging, goals, and budgets Collaborate with the design/creative team by providing feedback on ad performance and creative needs Identify opportunities to improve campaign structure, targeting, or performance Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly in English Take ownership of campaign outcomes and ongoing optimization Required Qualifications 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization best practices Ability to analyze performance data and make data‑driven decisions Demonstrated ownership and accountability for results Fluent or near‑fluent English, written and verbal Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable availability to work approximately 3–5 hours per week Strong Plus / Highly Preferred Experience managing ad spend for international or U.S.-based clients Familiarity with creative performance analysis and A/B testing Experience working with mission‑driven, nonprofit, or impact‑focused organizations Prior experience collaborating closely with design or creative teams Position Details Part‑time, fully remote position 3–5 hours per week (approximately) International, English‑speaking, mission‑driven team Performance‑focused scope with clear accountability Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ZIVA by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
