Overview Join to apply for the CFO role at Delenio - Innovación en Ventas Consultivas. Para clientes de diferentes industrias estamos buscando un CFO que liderará la estrategia financiera de la empresa para asegurar la liquidez , rentabilidad y sostenibilidad a largo plazo. Su función principal es transformar los datos contables en información estratégica para la toma de decisiones y profesionalizar la gestión financiera. Responsabilidades principales Gestión del Flujo de Caja (Cash Flow): Supervisar diariamente la liquidez para asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones y detectar necesidades de financiamiento previo a una crisis. Planificación Financiera (FP&A): Crear y monitorear el presupuesto anual y proyecciones (forecasts) para alinear los recursos con los objetivos de ventas. Relación con Terceros: Gestionar la relación con bancos (negociación de tasas/líneas de crédito), auditores y asesores fiscales. Control de Costos y Eficiencia: Analizar los márgenes de contribución por producto o servicio e identificar fugas de dinero o ineficiencias operativas. Profesionalización del Área: Implementar o mejorar el sistema ERP y establecer procesos claros de reporte mensual (Tablero de Control). Evaluación de Inversiones: Analizar el ROI (Retorno de Inversión) para nuevos proyectos, maquinaria o aperturas de sucursales. Competencias Técnicas y Perfil Académico Experiencia: Mínimo 5-7 años en roles financieros, preferiblemente habiendo pasado por empresas en etapas de crecimiento o reestructuración. Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau). Conocimiento sólido de normativa fiscal local. Capacidad de análisis de estados financieros (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow). Visión de Negocio: No limitarse a "contar el dinero", sino entender cómo funciona la operación y las ventas. Resiliencia y hands on: Involucrarse en tareas.
