Tasks (KOR) CFO 비서 및 F&C 지원 CFO의 역할과 책임을 효과적이고 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 전반적인 업무 지원 및 일정 관리 유관 부서 및 비즈니스 파트너와의 미팅·약속 조율 및 캘린더 관리 해외 기능 조직 및 비즈니스 유닛과의 커뮤니케이션 및 업무 조율 월별 경비 정산 및 비용 처리 관리 국내·외 출장 준비 및 출장 관련 업무 전반 지원 각종 분석 자료 및 프레젠테이션 자료 작성 및 취합 CFO로부터 부여된 과제의 실행, 진행 관리 및 사후 팔로업 CFO 및 가족 관련 한국어 커뮤니케이션이 필요한 업무 지원 출장 관리 (Travel Management) 본사 가이드라인에 부합하는 출장 규정 및 정책에 대한 임직원 교육 항공사, 택배사, 호텔 등 주요 출장 관련 업체와의 정기 미팅 진행(정책, 가격 변경 사항 및 기타 요청 사항 협의) 회사 출장 매니저로서 지정 여행사와의 지속적인 커뮤니케이션을 통해정책·가이드라인 변경 사항 공유 및 서비스 개선 관리 CHOP 관리 (CHOP Management) 법인 인감 및 거래 인감 관리 전반 수행(엄격한 관리 및 책임 있는 운영을 통해 리스크 최소화) CMS 매니저 (CMS Manager) 계약 관리 시스템(CMS) 전반에 대한 책임 수행(계약 보관, 모니터링 및 유효성 검토 포함) 법무팀과 협업하여 사용자 교육 정기적으로 진행 글로벌 정책에 부합하도록 CFO 산하 CMS 가이드라인 및 정책 업데이트 신규 시스템 매뉴얼 업데이트 및 기존 계약에 대한 후속 관리 내부통제시스템(ICS) 관련 통제 평가 수행 서명권한규정(SMR) 관리 서명권한규정(Signature Mandate Regulation, SMR) 체계를 관리·유지 SMR 내 업무 프로세스 승인 매트릭스 업데이트를 위해 각 사업부(BU)의 요청 사항을 취합 SMR 변경 사항을 승인받기 위해 집행위원회(ExCom)에 자료를 준비하고 보고 지정된 결재권자에게 문서를 회람하고 서명 절차 조율 승인된 변경 사항을 이메일을 통해 전 직원에게 공지 서명 완료된 문서를 기록 관리 및 접근성을 위해 회사 인트라넷에 적시에 업로드 (ENG) Assistant to CFO and F&C Support Support VP to perform its duties and responsibilities in a most effective and productive manner and to meet due dates Organize meetings and appointments with related department and business partners and manage calendar Coordinate with overseas function and business units Manage and handle monthly expense reports Organize Business trips Prepare and compile analyses and presentations Execute, follow up and monitor tasks given by CFO Handle assignment relevant affairs for CFO and Family requiring Korean language Travel Management Educate employees of travel guidelines and policies aligned with HQ Regular meeting with air courier and hotels (policy, price update, other requests) As a company travel manager keep contacting with designated travel agency for any policies, guideline change and for improvement CHOP Management Corporate chop management: Handling corporate and transaction seals strictly and accountability, effectively mitigating risks CMS Manager Have overall responsibility for the entire process and system, including archiving and monitoring (validity check) Conduct user training regularly with the legal team Update CMS guidelines and policies under the CFO, aligned with global policy Update the manual for the new system and follow up on old contracts Perform IC Signature Mandate Regulation (SMR) Management Manage and maintain the Signature Mandate Regulation (SMR) framework. Consolidate Business Unit (BU) requests to update the business process approval matrix within the SMR. Prepare and present SMR updates to the Executive Committee (ExCom) for approval. Coordinate the circulation of documents to designated approvers for sign-off. Communicate approved changes to all employees via email. Ensure timely upload of signed documents to the company Intranet for record-keeping and accessibility. Qualifications (KOR) 학력 학사이상 경력 다국적 기업에서 5년 이상의 임원 비서, 법무팀 또는 사장실 관련 업무 경험 세부 사항 영어(말하기 및 쓰기) 능통 탁월한 조직력 및 조율 역량 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 이해관계자 관리 역량 세부 사항에 대한 높은 주의력과 거버넌스 기준 준수 역량 MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT) 고급 활용 능력 (ENG) Education Over BA degree Experience Over 5 years working experience in multi-national company as executive assistant, paralegal or any president office function Specific knowledge Fluent in both written and verbal English Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
