SEO Specialist

At Remote and Talent, we are looking for a SEO Specialist to join the team of a growing marketing agency. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, increase online visibility, and optimize the performance of client websites across various industries. This role involves working across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, developing SEO-oriented content, conducting audits, implementing improvements, managing performance reports, and staying up to date with industry trends. We are seeking an analytical, autonomous, and organized professional with strong SEO tool expertise and excellent communication skills in English. Execute on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure. Perform technical SEO audits and identify improvements in speed, indexing, mobile performance, and URL architecture. Develop SEO content outlines for blogs, service pages, and product pages aligned with brand guidelines. Implement and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Upload, review, and ensure the quality and compliance of SEO content on client websites. Prepare detailed SEO performance reports using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio. Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and LLM-driven SEO changes to adjust strategies. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align SEO actions with business goals ¿QUÉ DEBERÍA TENER EL CANDIDATO PARA AJUSTARSE MÁS A ESTA OFERTA? 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing SEO for service-based and eCommerce websites. Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.). Experience with local SEO (GBP, local listings). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
