Our international team is made up of more than 550 professionals worldwide. We are looking for a Content Writer to develop engaging, high-quality content 100% in English. We are seeking creative and curious individuals with native-level fluency (or full bilingual proficiency) and exceptional communication skills. This position is open to candidates currently residing in Argentina or Colombia. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Development - Diverse Content Portfolio: Create a wide range of content formats tailored for specific platforms and goals, including: - In-depth blog posts and articles focused on industry trends and solutions. - Scripts for video content. - Clear, compelling website copy to optimize conversion and user experience. - Substantive, long-form thought leadership assets ( , white papers, eBooks). - Engaging social media copy for various platforms. - Regular newsletter content designed for retention and lead nurture. - Audience-Centric Storytelling: Develop content strategies and pieces specifically targeted at our key audiences: Customers (product value and education), Channel Partners (enablement and joint value), and Candidates (employer branding and culture). Research, Technical & Collaboration - Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Collaboration: Interview and work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), translating their deep knowledge into clear, audience-appropriate content and compelling customer stories. - Research & Data Synthesis: Conduct thorough research using internal and external data sources to ensure factual accuracy and to position our brand as an authoritative voice in the market. - Technical Affinity: While direct experience in Data Science, AI, and ML is a significant advantage, we primarily value the ability and curiosity to master complex technical topics and translate them for diverse audiences. Quality & Optimization - Brand Voice & Tone: Ensure all content adheres strictly to brand style, voice, and tone guidelines. - SEO Optimization: Apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to all written web content (blogs, website copy) to maximize organic reach and traffic. - Editing and Proofreading: Maintain meticulous attention to detail, providing final-level editing and proofreading before publication. Requisitos: - Location: Must be legally authorized to work and based in Argentina or Colombia. - Language Fluency: Native English fluency (both written and verbal) is required. - Experience: Proven professional experience as a Content Writer, Content Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats. - Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to write engagingly about complex, technical concepts, with direct experience in Data + AI strongly preferred. - Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interview and communication skills to effectively work with SMEs and cross-functional teams (Service Line, Industry, Sales). - Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a dynamic content calendar and deliver assets on deadline. - - - Beneficios Join a high-growth team where your professional development and well-being come first.
