Pharma Omnichannel Strategic Planning Lead Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina - Job type: Permanent About the Job The Omnichannel Business Partner will be responsible to lead cross‑portfolio omnichannel planning and execution, driving the customer centric approach. With a complete understanding of priorities the partner will execute omnichannel strategies of the Business Unit, integrating vision across different business areas. Main Responsibilities Execute & support Omnichannel strategy and CE plans, ensuring promotion plans respond to business needs. Support co‑creation with key stakeholders to build partnerships & collaborations. Lead alliances with key external stakeholders to drive omnichannel agenda. Contribute to accelerate GTM transformation for the business unit. Provide insights and business recommendations based on OCE KPIs. Execute OCE strategy according to business plan. Support development of customer journeys across‑brands & channels. Co‑lead definition of KPIs and main metrics for strategies of each channel. Promote digital transformation of the company holistically. Continuous analysis & monitoring of omnichannel activities. Contribute to digital & omnichannel training of stakeholders. Have strategic vision aligned with BO&S, capitalizing on best practices, benchmarking with other organizations. About you Education and Experience University degree. Minimum 3 years professional experience in omnichannel or digital related roles. Strong technological background and understanding of platforms and tools. Experience working in multi‑cultural environments. Strong marketing experience/background. Experience with: digital omnichannel marketing, social media, web content strategy (branded websites, web development), mobile applications/mobile marketing, digital performance monitoring, budget management, project management. Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical industry is desirable. Entrepreneurial behavior. Project leadership to drive projects to completion with clear milestones and outcomes. Strong business acumen to develop in‑depth understanding of business environment/models and customer needs, and translate technologies into business solutions. Open‑minded, capacity to learn fast and react to changes. Strategic thinking, analytical and implementation skills. Influencing, persuasive. Solid networking capabilities at all levels up to top management. Good communication skills: manage & facilitate workshops. Autonomous decision‑making. Familiar with transversal collaboration.
