Overview We are growing our AI Dream Team. We are looking for a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to train, deploy, and operationalize AI/ML solutions as part of an international AI/ML squad. Responsibilities Participate in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects Build production-level ML/AI solutions with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles Implement MLOps, automated deployment and monitoring of models and infrastructure Perform data analysis (data cleaning, variable transformation, etc.) Develop and train ML models and put AI models into production, including parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, and testing for production deployment Requirements More than 7 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Computer Science Knowledge of RAG-oriented architectures and frameworks for integrating language models with external data sources Experience with Azure AI (Azure OpenAI, AI Search) or equivalent cloud services; familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar Strong experience in Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure design and deployment; experience with Terraform, private endpoints, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Functions, and integration services Good command of English Preferred proficiency in Java; Python or .NET also valued Solid development principles Benefits Salary determined by market and experience Flexible schedule 35 hours/week Fully remote work (optional) Teleworking allowance (600$) Pension plan Medical insurance (Health Choice) Holidays and bank holidays; PTO and additional days Individual budget for training or equipment and Microsoft certifications Birthday day off Annual team-building event Additional perks: events attendance, welcome pack, work equipment, and discounts portal for employees Selection process Phone screen Two interviews with the team About Plain Concepts Plain Concepts is a global company of over 500 people passionate about technology and innovation.
