What we are looking for Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Product Growth Manager . The primary role of the Product Growth Manager is to lead our product strategy's complete implementation from start to finish. Working with cross-functional teams, you will develop product roadmaps, find growth opportunities, and carry out initiatives that increase revenue and user base. Leading the charge to optimize our ecosystem's potential and provide outstanding value to our brands and customers, you will be in charge of product strategy and execution. This is a remote position. Learn more about us here (link to What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of our products. Drive experimentation processes, including A/B testing and iterative improvements. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and drive growth through experiments. Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and propose actionable solutions. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable growth initiatives. Optimize onboarding experiences and user journeys to improve conversion and retention rates. Identify and execute opportunities for organic and viral growth. Develop frameworks for measuring and tracking growth metrics, ensuring continuous optimization. Own the monetization strategy: leverage data and analytics to develop insights and inform decision-making. Be fluent in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and funnel performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging growth opportunities. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall goals. Must Haves: 5+ years of sales, growth, user acquisition/retention, success, and/or implementation management experience in technology or related industry; e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or mobile apps. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative products. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or mobile apps is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results. Proficiency in product management methodologies, agile practices, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Ability to develop understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the SaaS industry. Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with achieving business goals. Self‑motivated with strong organizational, management, and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities. Scrappy, resourceful, and biased toward action able to move quickly in a lean, high-impact environment. Nice To Haves: Experience in B2B/B2C SaaS, marketplaces, or mobile app growth. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.). Experience working in high-growth startups or digital-first businesses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
